Committed to continuous improvements. . . It is always crucial to meet good industry standards in any business. This in turn provides customers with piece of mind as to the products quality and services they buy into. For those reasons Screentek had obtained the ISO 9001 certification in August 2008.

ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised standard for an organisation's internal Quality Management. The term 'quality' refers to all those features of a product or service which are required by the customer. An organisation's 'Quality Management' refers to an organisation's actions to ensure that its products or services satisfy its customers' quality requirements and complies with any regulations applicable to those products or services.

On the 13th January 2009 Screentek as been accredited - awarded the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, standard and guidelines.

The ISO 14000 environmental management standards exist to help organizations minimize how their operations negatively affect the environment (cause adverse changes to air, water, or land) and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
ISO 14001 is the international specification for an environmental management system (EMS). It specifies requirements for establishing an environmental policy, determining environmental aspects and impacts of products/activities/services, planning environmental objectives and measurable targets, implementation and operation of programs to meet objectives and targets, checking and corrective action, and management review. ISO 14000 is similar to ISO 9000 quality management in that both pertain to the process (how a product is produced) rather than to the product itself. The overall idea is to establish an organized approach to systematically reduce the impact of the environmental aspects which an organization can control. Effective tools for the analysis of environmental aspects of an organization and for the generation of options for improvement are provided by the concept of Cleaner Production.

British Standards Certifications. . . We are currently having our Screen Ranges tested for to British Standards: BS EN: 1023.

BS EN: 1023 is the British and European standard for office furniture screens, covering a spectrum from stability tests to correct heights for specific disciplines and correct and safe surface finishes.

More for 2009 . . . We intend of acquiring memberships of related office furniture industries  that will enhance Screentek's ever growing network and good performance.
